She's 5 under for the day after 12 holes. She's -12 for the tournament with a 4 shot lead over Meena Lee. Rookie Tiffany Joh put up a 65 to move into third place seven shots behind Thompson. Old ladies HOF'er Julie Inkster and Pat Hurst are in the top 10 (YEAH!).
Following up on last weeks LPGA/Solheim thread, three cup members missed the cut including Kerr, Kim for the 2nd week in a row and phenom(????) captain's pick Ryan O'Toole. Michelle Wie and fellow cupper and cloths horse Vicky Hurst (not to be confused with golfer Pat Hurst) are hovering around 50th.
Maybe they're just sandbagging?
