OT: The Song Game

I agree. But it would have been a long, boring off season waiting for someone to come in with something based on either Johannesen or humoresque.
Well...
Peter Ilyitch Tchaikovsky - Humoresque

Dave Bartholemew - Cat Music

Dave
Clark Five - Glad All Over

That was so five posts ago ...

Currently we're at Tony Orlando and Knock Three Times.

Or follow the original thread and pick it up from Tchaikovsky and Humoresque.

Yes it's Me and I'm in Love Again == Upsetters (featuring Little Richard)

Just looked at the actual record, and despite the fact that it's all over youtube with Little Richard's name and the title of the song wrong, the title and artist are printed on the record as... FWIW, it was recorded during the period that Richard had sworn off secular music and was recording gospel only.

I'm in Love Again -- The World Famous Upsetters

"Black Flowers" - Chris Isaak

Flowers in the Rain, The Move (1st song ever played on BBC1)

The Move is, IMO, the most underappreciated English band of the 60s.

Flowers in the Rain - The Move

Lay Down (Candles in the Rain) - Melanie, with the Edwin Hawkins Singers

As the creator of this thread I aware meyers7 1 BILLION boneyard points for including one of my favorite and underappreciated songs.
