Hmm, success modifier: no mention of Ansonia, perennially a finalist in Class S moving up to M? Sounds like a NIMBY move.

Then there is the Southington, Greenwich, Xavier cartel: no mention of a special Class LLLLLLLLLL division? Ludicrous

The success modifier only applies to schools of choice. Now, how Ansonia isn't included in that is beyond me. If they were bumped to M it would be the second best division this year.
