I will admit having heard of at least 15 of VAU's 30 guesses, and 15 of K9's, probably the same ones.

Some of the rest - I missed them, I guess.

The Swan Silvertones are historic. A Gospel group popular in 40's through 60's, with loads of albums.
I caught them in a 60's Newport folk festival. A tough one for you surely, but then, there should be some.
