Yes, #15 is, um, clever.
If 20 is indeed Charlotte (NC), I'm not totally shocked although I never would have guessed it. Our first final 4 (and only non-RU one) was Charlotte almost 20 years ago, and we found a huge gap between haves and have nots (and their neighborhoods) even then.
