14..Let's start by putting them in Brooklyn.

19..The flic also features Michael Madsen torturing a cop, while singing a Gerry Rafferty tune

23..Hey, can I get a guess here?

25..You're right to see this as an eastern-western line. All the named cities have good recognition outside N-C, and you
are neglecting a conspicuous one.

Yeah, you're right. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Or, of course, it would be, IF I had one. How about the 1840s. (By the way, it IS the Smithsonian INSTITUTION. Not institute.)

14..A Hasidic subgroup in Williamsburg.

15..K9 & VTC have the 60's (1962).

16..If you read Meyers, you'd think he'd give Edison credit for the wheel and the pulley.
Well, in this case he is correct.

17..The Canaries is a fine offering. Geordi says they are "far out" Well, for that matter, so is geordi. VTC too.

18..The awesome Winter's Bone, says Frank. Agreed, Frank, agreed.

19..Crown cites Steve Buscemi in Resevoir Dogs. Yup.

20..Niger works, thanks to K9 & Frank.

21..Fisher--Frank & VTC (But it ain't no doggone cat, however colloquial some people insist on being.)

22..Geordi is most accurate with river silt.

23..Geordi, if I were writing in a formal way, I know enough to pen Smithsonian Institution. So here's what
I say to your correction--Big Whoops. Anyway you, and VTC & Best get the 1840's (1846)

24..Frank has Brazzaville & Kinshasha, in Congo countries.

25..It took awhile, but someone took the hint and figured out how to go (Chapel Hill).
That was Vowelguy, who, in another thread, warned me off political humor. This is the No Fun League.

You found Part A tougher. All told 19 of 25, only a C+.
