Jose Lara’s caddy tried to hide the 15th club in a bush which is cause for disqualification. Otherwise it would have been a two stroke penalty. Ian Woosnam lost the 2001 Open championship due to a two stroke penalty due to 15 clubs. Woosnam had a royal fit throwing the offending club and blasting his caddy. I thought he was going to throttle the caddy. Amazingly, he did not even fire him.

Technical, yes. In reality, no. I have seen some bags absolutely stuffed with clubs. No money on the line, no one cared.
