OT: Syracuse Violations

Syracuse has elected to penalize itself for apparently significant NCAA violations. Illegal benefits and academic dishonesty seem to be at the core of it. No post season play for a year. Naturally, Dick Vitale has already appeared on TV tonight to stick up for Syracuse as much as he can.

Isn't Syracuse in the same conference as North Carolina? What is the definition of a trend?

Well except for the fact that the reported violations occurred before 2012 so they were in the Big East with UConn when all the shenanigans took place....
