OT: Student Question re: Dining Halls

I was there in 90, 91 & 92 and Im pretty sure the place in alumni was called Pauls at that point. I just remember it was god awful but we could use our dining card.

No it was Ray's Place - I worked there for 4 years while living in South. Paul's was downtown Storrs - great Taco Pizza, and yes Ray's was god awful.

i always like the deli sandwiches at Alumni deli, the calzones at Northwest, and the blazing red fish at South.

Anyone remember Pier 17 Baked Haddock? I always tried to figure out if we were being served fish or the pier itself. Thank heavens for the pasta bar and bagel pizzas.
