Loyola got out rebounded by 10, shot 4-14 from 3 and 61% from the FT line and still handled them.

Daly 1-5 from 3, more like it I believe.

We somehow made them play their best half of basketball Wednesday night. Florida has struggled to score the ball early this year, hoping we aren't the answer for them too!

St Joe'a lost to Loyola Chicago 85 -68
That's what makes that game so troubling. That team had the athleticism of a rec league team, we let a slow fat guy drop 30 on us.

It was all about the fundamentals. They won the assist, steals, rebounds and turnover battles and this was a home game. That should never happen against s team like St Joe's. If I were Hurley I would have made them run extra laps. SMH

If we win today vs Florida, the St Joe’s game is forgotten for the time being. Maybe the St Joe’s game was a “trap game” for the kids. I watched some of the Hurley interview with Joe D, and he said something like he saw a performance like that coming in practice leading up to the game. Maybe the kids were looking ahead?

Will be hard to blame Kevin Ollie for this.

Not for some it won’t!
