They made a terrible mistake up in Gainseville when they hired Muschamp. All they had to do was look at what happened here in Florida when big time programs hired head coaches that had never been head coaches. Coker, Shannon, Fisher and now Muschamp have shown that it's too hard to learn on the job and win at one of those places. I'm sure there are other examples, but those were right there in front of them.
