I thought of this one, but figured it had been posted.

The thing that makes this SO good is that it was the first use of distortion. And the distortion wasn't electronic, Dave cut his speaker with a pen knife to make it buzz.

Why Does Love Got to be So Sad? Great tune indeed Replicant. This extended version to me is the killer, especially the last half of the song. I remember I heard this version one morning driving to work on Sirius's "Deep Tracks"- and I was smitten:
