OT Song Game

Scud, that's a popular song title. I think the one you posted is an instrumental version of Carole King's song, correct? A bunch of people have covered that song. Dire Straits has a fairly well known song also by that title, totally different song. So does Staind and a couple other bands I've never heard of before.

Yes indeed, instrumental of the Carole King song by the Crusaders - it's from back in their hey day. I think there's only one of the original band still alive now.

Depends on how you define original members. Larry Carlton, Pops Popwell, and Stix Hooper are still with us. I don't remember who the original Jazz Crusaders were, although I know Larry and Pops were not among them.

Martha and the Vandellas - Dancing In The Street

Joe Walsh - Life's Been Good

Joe Jeffrey Group - My Pledge of Love

As Jimi should have done more Bob Dylan, this man should have done an entire Burt Bacharach album.

Queens of the Stone Age - No One Knows

And now for something completely different. Don't think I've ever seen this band pop up in any of the song threads.

The Stylistics - I'm Stone In Love With You

Flyleaf--I'm So Sick

.-.
