Pretty basic stuff that you would hope recruits are doing, but that probably gets clouded by all the other jumble.
You hear those 'yeah, they came to the party late', or 'they were there at the beginning' as reasons for making a choice or not making a choice. And while a certain amount of loyalty is nice, how they coach and how the team plays is a lot more important than who was in the door first or last.
