That was one of the best football games I've ever watched ... the last 5 minutes were simply phenomenal. Vernon's reaction was priceless.

I agree it was a great game. SF can win 6-3 or 40-38, it doesn't matter. They are dangerous.

Glad the Giants don't have to play NO in their dome if we beat GB.

Agreed ... but SF at home isn't much better at this point. That team is playing great football right now.

I was glad the Niners won, I was kind of getting sick of the Saints not so much because of the team itself but because of the way the media hyped up the Saints saying they can win the superbowl with their offense alone which is total BS. Defense still wins championships I dont care who you have at qb. Gotta give a ton of credit to Alex Smith he won that game twice. They can beat anybody they tackle very well.

Well hopefully we can beat GB, SF would still be a damn tough team to beat they are very well coached.

who ever comes out of the nfc its going to be well deserved because it is tough this year. you had 3 former superbowl winners and 1 team with a serious chance of winning it as your final four teams in the conference. that was a great game and one of the best games in years and it will be remembered 20 years from now. absolute classic.

Believe it or not that's about all I saw. It was fantastic!

Awesome finish. I'm still not sold on Alex Smith, but he sure played great.

It sure would be ironic if neither NO or GB got to the NFC championship game. As a Ravens fan, I've watched my team and the Steelers show time and again that defense is what wins, but I sure enjoy watching good offensive teams play.

im sold on Alex Smith its time to give him credit is he Brady, Rodgers, Brees or Manning no but he shows that he can get the job done he didnt manage that game yesterday he won it twice. He has gone through 7 offensive coordinators in his career. If Harbaugh isnt coach of the year unanimously ill be shocked.
