Wouldn't be surprised to see either some existing players transferring (ie, ones who don't think they are ready for the NBA) or another incoming recruit decommit, especially if they sign Wiggins. They already have 7 recruits coming in, not counting Wiggins. 6 of those 7 are 5 Star recruits. Wiggins would make it 7 of 8. Good grief.

The one and done has created the perfect niche market for Calipari. A team devoted to showcase players for the nba. It plays to the parents and players sense of worth and an entitled fan base yearning for high ranked recruits and constant excitement over new possibly better players, all under the umbrella of blue blood basketball.

This type of strategy will too die a slow death at Kentucky then the squid will move on

Domino #1. More to follow. Look for wilter to be the next to "choose" to transfer.

I think it will be more than Wiltjer. UK has 3 PFs coming in. Two 5 Star & a 3 Star. #1 PG, #2 SG, #3 SF, #1 PF, #8 PF, #1 Center & they could get #1 SF & #1 overall Wiggins. Really? Would Poythress, Goodwin & Cauley-Stein want to stick around since they are not "locks" to be drafted in the first round? And do even the "roll players" want to stick around? They could have an entirely new roster next year with 7 High School All Americans OR they could have 10 High School All Americans on their team. And I'm assuming Noel goes pro!

Obviously it will more then wilter, just saying I think he is next. Paulson was already told his scholarship was a 1 year deal so he is already gone.

I bet Cauley Stien and Protheus are in the NBA next year. Goodwin, maybe I don't think he is close to ready, but that means nothing now a days.

Harrow couldn't handle the pressure that comes along with playing at Kentucky. Watching him he's afraid of any contact.

If Goodwin, Poythress, and Cauley-Stein all return to compete with the six (or seven) five star freshman coming in, it's simply a chemistry disaster waiting to happen. Somebody is going to be very unhappy with the minutes they get.

UK's team next season may be the most talented group of players ever assembled on one college basketball team. But the youth and egos on the team will serve as obstacles they'll need to overcome.

If going purely by ratings coming out of high school as a measure of talent, who's the competition?

Good point, but they couldn't care less there. What is the value of a UK diploma anyway?
