OT: Rutgers Men's Coach

Maybe this has been discussed at length, but I just saw the footage on ESPN of him abusing his players. How does he have a job? Now THAT is something to be outraged about, not halftime tweets, pouty players or coaches going crazy on the sidelines.

WOW! He and the AD should be fired.

Rice - certainly. Probably should have been fired instead of suspended earlier in the season when the AD viewed the tape. Suspect the AD should go as well, but didn't see the details as to how much he knew then vs. now. Or how much he pulled a Sgt. Schultz (borrowing from a longer thread).

By the way - a brief RU men's coaching primer:
Kevin Bannon '97-01 - canned due to nude free throw shooting contests
Gary Waters till '06 - didn't do anything and couldn't recruit or (ultimately) win
Fred Hill till '10 - canned after verbally assaulting an opposing baseball coach and coming back in disguise the next day even though ordered not to (father is RU Baseball coach).
Now this.

And the most active folks pushing for CVS termination are - Mike Rice supporters. No joke.

I'd fire the AD too. The coach should have been fired long ago. Clean the slate going to the Big1G.
