Anyone have any info on good product, reliability? The Mantis (and Sears look-alike) seem good. Or is a Honda engine, or Stihl, better (more $). Not going to use this extensively, but tired of the dice roll of the rent que at Home Depot for a 1/2 day rental. I'm sure one of you sh/t kickers out there knows something.

ps - I'll let you guys use it to repair the fairway damage you create.

Buy a good engine that accepts several attachments. I own an Echo, and love it. It can get pricey though. Always buy a little more than you need - I'd suggest heavy duty unless you have a small job.

It's also worth checking out tag sales and auctions. For dimes on the dollar you'll get more than you need.

Edit: the advice above is for a cultivator, not a heavy duty rototiller.
