OT? Random Gampel question

Why are there some rows of seats that are orange? They seem to be near but not at the top of a section. Anybody know of any particular reason?

Well I always thought that they were supposed to be red and represented the red trim on the National Flag blue Unis that UCONN had when Gampel was designed. That was my opinion anyway.
