Seems as though ND has found a loophole in the NCAA rules ( of course they have) in which it is possible for Keil to come back without penalty. Keil says he didn't get along with qb coach Martin. Stay tuned.

It's a moot point cuz he ain't coming, but this was not a loop hole that ND "found":
