Surgery on his knee ... luckily for Pitt it will be in the early part of the season. He was a nice player last year.

I never like to see anyone get hurt and hope he recovers quickly.
But if anyone is unfortunate enough to get hurt in the BE this year- if those players were on pitt and quse that would suit me fine. (and Gtown). Not that I want anyone to get hurt- just saying.

Good to hear that he will be o.k. by tourney time. Otherwise, Dixon will have to coach up another late-20s looking player to foul an opponent with 1 sec left on the game clock, 90 feet from the opponent's hoop, and cap off the annual sPitt NCAA tourney flameout against an underdog! Of course, future sPitt flameouts will be more poetic due to their back-stabbing, bail-jumping future in the ACC.
