Most Pitt fans wanted a driveable game - and Music City/Pinstripe were the preferred destinations. Nobody really wanted to go to Shreveport or El Paso, but plenty wanted to go to Nashville, with NYC as 2nd choice.

The wife is already on me to go to Annapolis. It's closest at just over 4 hours drive time.

I have family that attended Pitt. They're happy with the bowl. It's an easy drive from Philly where they live.

Go Navy!!!!!

Pitt is upset about driving to Maryland? Kinda pissy of them isn't it? Is WV such an obsticle or does the highway scare them?

Oh please. Pitt fans need to start driving to Heinz Field before they can demand drivable bowl games. There might not be more of a undeserving power conference fanbase that Pitt.

By the way, Navy is going to smoke them.

Where do you sign up to fade Nicky and the Boneyard?

Pitt actually is pretty good and deserved better.

The ACC didn't slight Pitt.

All of the conferences leave some leeway to the bowls to pick who they want within some set parameters. The tier one bowls simply didn't want Pitt.

It is what it is.

This is news? Based on the quality of their football team they deserved better.

This isn't considered "drivable?"
