OT: Perils Insurance - Public Service Announcement

There was a 3.3 here in eastern CT a few years ago. I also thought that the furnace exploded. Ran outside to see the neighbors outside, too. Took us a minute to figure out what happened.

Yes, exactly like the furnace blew up OR: 3-4 months ago - early fall I had a similar phenomenon and it was a fighter jet out of Miramar having a little "fun" right over my place before heading home. The terrain invites that sort of fly over nonsense. Actually that was worse because for a couple of seconds I thought a passenger jet was about to crash into us.

Much fracking going on in MT lately? Jus wondrin. Incidentally, we had a 6.8 here in Guate last week, but very little damage. House did the bugaloo for about 15 seconds.
