I have not shopped for them but from what I've heard from a few different people looking for them for various reasons, they are very hard to come by right now because so many restaurants have purchased them and manufacturing of new ones has been slowed by the pandemic.

I think we are going to see this with lots of products for the next year or so, along with increased prices and much less supply.

it was like 50 degrees outside at TwoTen Patio the other night,(a dude pushed one next our table,the big restaurant torch model, I was sweating. I need one. Badly.

My only observation is hot air rises, so get a heat source as low as possible. The 6-10 foot heat lamps are above people’s heads - so lots of heat lost up in space. True, some radiants but not real efficient.
