It would appear that the Connecticut DMV is a bit behind the times? If she was at the Arkansas DMV, they'd be serving Possum or cane break rattler
I read in the 1842 Courant: the Ct DMV upgraded their abacus --and mules and Donkeys have a line of their own--Livery drivers only between 4 am and 6 am. Please be careful of where you step--Mule lines get slippery..
