As long as they don't make a homer hire, like a certain other conference we know is famous for, they should be ok. AAC tends to hire good coaches.

IIRC Sampson worked for the Bucks and Rockets between his time at Indiana and Houston. Not totally a shock that he'd have NBA interest.
