OT Northwestern Players cannot Unionize

I'm surprised as NLRB is usually pro union in their decisions. Reading the article, it appears the only way College Players will get a Union is when a Conference and/or all College players petition for one.

The Connecticut Dept of Labor, and other states too, publish a book of labor laws, by business category. They provide the worker with many levels of protection once only provide by Unions. Only problem is you have to defend yourself or get a lawyer. In egregious cases, the state may defend you.
