I am neither, but would suggest getting the advice from an attorney. 501(c) can be very complicated and you want to make sure you do it right.

I know a guy who went to UNC on an athletic scholarship,and although he didn't have to attend classes he says he is really,really really wicked smart about stuff like that.He doesn't hang out a shingle anywhere but i think he has had shingles at one time or another.His name is Carroll Inah,and he is online
