OT: Nebraska wins AVCA (NCAA) Volleyball National Title

Nebraska Huskers defeated the Texas Longhorns 3-0 in 3 close matches to win the National title for the 4th time in school history. This is not as good as UConn, but still pretty impressive. Also, Freshman Michaela Foecke was MOP...kind of reminds one of Stewie winning the MOP in the NCAA Final as a freshmen.

I was rooting for Texas but it was nice to see Nebraska win it in from of a "home" crowd. The fans really turn out to support their Huskers volleyball and they got a deserving reward. I wish more fans would get passionate about women's sports.
