OT: NCAA approves restoring Penn State scholarships

The NCAA approves restoring Penn State football scholarships at a rate of 5 per year until a full complement is restored in 2016-17.

At the time, a lot of folks wondered what business it was of the NCAA to involve itself in
criminal cases (and probable subsequent civil cases). Perhaps now, some folks at the
NCAA are wondering the same thing.

As a Penn State alum, I am ecstatic with this news and so are all my friends that I have spoken to in the past 24 hours.
Coach BOB will build the program his way. I will be at Beaver Stadium on Oct 12th for Michigan game.....There 2014 class is awesome and will get better...............WE ARE!!
