OT: National Championship

I would not touch +/-75 with a ten foot pole.

Both sides of that feel like a trap.

48-42 wouldn't surprise me.

30-27 wouldn't surprise

This is usually when I take a look at the fact that both offenses are pretty explosive and Alabama has gotten torched by the decent offenses it's played this season and I hammer the over and the game ends up being 7-3.

35 points in 24 minutes and Ohio St is in the red zone.

This is a gimme on the over, right?

This is probably going to be 28-21 at halftime, so unless someone makes a major halftime adjustment, or Bama gets a big lead and starts milking the clock...yeah.

I just would not be able to bring myself taking Over 75 in a football game.

Nah. That was an easy call. These college kids should have had 5-7 of being coached on how to tackle without lowering your crown.

Inexcusable. Just like it was for Clemson LB last week.

Nope its football you won't change my opinion on this, Ohio State settled for 3 anyways.

In game number has moved to 85.

I never said I agreed with the rule. I said the rule is clear and these upperclassmen have had their whole HS and college careers to learn how to do it legally.

My Prediction Is PAIN. Ohio State is going to get WHOOPED like a red headed step child. They won’t force one punt from Bama.
ROLL TIDE!!!
Edit - forgot the game was even on till I just saw this post lol.
judging from the score I was correct.

This DaVonte Smith kid is pretty good.

I think OSU should have game planned to account for him.

OSU needs a touchdown right here or this game is over.

Under 75 is hanging by a thread. The only good news is OSU's offense has looked pretty ratty the last few drives. If this game gets to, say, 49-24 in the 4th quarter, it's possible (albeit still unlikely) nobody scores the rest of the way.

No one can cover him. Even if they give safety help every play. Smith will still be unstoppable.

Its not good form of course its easier said then done to get a perfect form tackle on a 6-4, 250 guy.

They ran into the kicker. Now with 4 seconds left, I'd just keep the ball and throw a Hail Mary on 4th down. Why not?

He didn’t even attempt to have good form. He launched his helmet right into the guys jaw.

I’ll think he’ll go #3 or 2 if the Jets trade their pick.

Thats what I was thinking theres no clear cut franchise qb after Lawrence so you could take Smith or trade down.

St. Nick just said as far as he is concerned there is no scoreboard.

He's gonna let Sarkisian go out on a high note.

Its football assuming Bama wins might have very well won the game right there as OSU only got a fg and needed a TD there.
