If this wasn't the first year o fthe College Football Playoffs, the National Championship game would have been FSU vs Bama. They were the #1 and #2 ranked teams in the country at the end of the season.

Many of the so called experts said the only reason FSU was in the playoffs, was because they were undefeated and won it all last year. Definitely not one of the 4 best teams.
