I sat next to Purvis's grand parents at the game last night. They were definitely a gentlewoman and gentleman and didn't seem bothered by the antics of the crowd. Pretty jubilant for the win and Rod's performance. They haven't been up to CT to see a game yet but are looking forward to doing so in the future.
There was a pretty good contingent for Purvis at the game.
Not sure if this is the grandmother diagnosed with the terrible disease, but my prayers are with her and the family.
