Yes, I was referring to the NBA but it rarely works in college either. The NBA is a different animal since they are grown men earning many times more salary than the coach. They can tank it or go to management to remove the coach and also it's tougher to coach NBA players when like Kidd, they consider you one of the boys and not an authority figure.
