Always a moderately talented, yet underrated football state, there are usually five-to-10 prospects of interest teams throughout the region look to recruit. This year, Rutgers has four offers out in Connecticut, one of which is held by St. Thomas More (Waterbury, Conn.) safety Tyler Rudolph, who at one point was close to committing to Rutgers. However, he now holds 16 offers of which Virginia Tech and Penn State appear best-situated.

Yeah, pretty much we run the same map except maybe swap Ohio for Texas these days... Diaco recruited OH, IL which are two states it seems Edsall has abandoned....you can't do it all.
