I would definitely take Isaiah over Lowry given the fact that Lowry is 3 years older and doesn't have a great injury history/history of efficiency. I'd have easily taken CP3 over IT4 about 2 years ago, but CP3 is pretty clearly past his prime at this point, and that complete dud of a game 7 and general inability to take his game to another level in the playoffs leaves me cold on him at this point.
