You need to click on the film-strippy looking icon (two to the right of the emoticon button) then paste the URL into the space where it says Enter Media URL.

I tried, but it kept yelling at me "NO!" - seems you need to edit something off the original - did you paste the whole thing, from iframe on?

I clicked on the video then copied the URL from the top of the page that popped up. Then I just pasted that URL into the field where it said Enter Media URL. Sometimes newspapers need to add more to the URL in order to embed it on their site so I always go to the site that hosts the video.
