They have Rick Stansbyry as coach who was an assistant at Texas A&M and was the main recruiter when 5 star center Mitchell Robinson committed to them. Robinson followed Stansbury to WKU

People forget Stansberry is a heck of a recruiter.

I believe he was the first school to lose 2 guys to the HS to NBA jump (the infamous Jonathan Bender, and the fantastically named Travis Outlaw).

He's sent a quite a few other guys to the NBA include Lawrence Roberts, Mario Austin, Jarvis Varnado and Arnett Moultrie.

If it is so well known, why hasn't he been caught yet? He must pay a lot to get recruits of that caliber to a non-P5 school, am I right? Or is whatever WKU's conference is now going to be called a P7 conference now that Villanova is in a P6 conference?
