Actually the picture I want is on the web. I used the URL for the page with the picture but there are more than one picture on this page. How do I explicitly point to the desired picture?

put your cursor over the image, right-click, and select 'copy image location'. Then paste that here using the Image button as you did before. (If the image in in Flash, you'll be out of luck. )
