They might be better then expected this year. Rose was just cleared to play this year.

Rose was the ninth-ranked point guard in the ESPN100 Class of 2012 and No. 63 overall. He'll be one of four former top-100 recruits in Houston's rotation along with Danuel House, Danrad "Chicken" Knowles and TaShawn Thomas.

I'm hoping teams like Houston SMU and others do good to help are SOS and RPI. I just want them to get good by beating louisville Memphis cincy and others while we blow them out by 30.

It's just matter of time, maybe not this year. Houston will rise in the AAC. Their history and access to recruits-rich areas should be an edge.
