By definition
Sarcasm- a mode of satirical wit

Wit - astuteness of perception or judgement, a person of superior intellect, an imaginatively perceptive and articulate individual especially skilled in banter or persiflage
Wit suggests the power to evoke laughter by remarks showing verbal felicity or ingenuity and swift perception especially of the incongruous.

Hmmm. Both giving and receiving sarcasm work. BY may have unlimited creative potential! (Well... at the end of the article it says other studies have found that moderate noise and alcohol are also factors found to improve creativity. Maybe it doesn't take much....?)

There is plenty of noise and alcohol associated with this board.

One would think with enough alcohol --inventiveness/creativity is more of seeing what is narcotic in the brain. Historically some of the creative poets, story writers (Poe), playwright's have used some mind bending substances. Those little green men tell fantastic stories. Some of the very creative Saturday Nite Live-er's --were so inclined and died much too early.
