OT - HDNet OMG

When the game was over, I left the TV and went and watched the football game, did dinner cleanup and escorted guests as they left. I came back to my office and the 'Unrated' HDnet latenight shows were/are playing. The per minute ratio is better than Napiers A/TO ratio. When did it become OK to show this stuff on cable TV?
