Not sure how it's OT today.

Hope everyone has plenty of things to be thankful about. Hope everyone has friends and family to celebrate with. Have a wonderful day as we feast on Turkey and the trimmings today and Demon Deacons tonight.

To keep it on topic, I'm thankful for this kick ass basketball program and especially promising team we have this season. And for the Boneyard's enhancement of my enjoyment thereof!

We are getting the turkey ready for the oven (although the term "we" is generous). First time in many years we will have a frozen turkey.

We also went frozen and oven this year. For the last 20 years we've fried a fresh turkey. I'm semi bummed about it.

Happy Thanksgiving to All!

In addition, let us be thankful for our fellow boneyarders who are in the VI, and will hopefully share all news, sightings and tidbits with the home crowd. Also thankful for JA and for the Courant sending him to iguana-infested parts of Paradise to feed our UCW hoops addiction.

May you all have wonderful day with loved one and friends. Bon Appetit!

A blessed thanksgiving to all, especially those affected by Sandy. On Saturday, the wife's sister is coming to Tucson to look for an apartment, her rental home in NJ was destroyed (tidal flooding, not a shore community).

On a separate note, a very happy Thanksgiving for the RU family - the B1G, the #1 point guard recruit AND we got our medical school back, all in one week.

The best to all Boneyarders; to those not in the VI, be thankful you will have the opportunity to watch your games this weekend on the big screen!!

That's a bit step up for you guys. Good luck. I grew up on the Big10, so it'll always be my favorite. Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving doesn't get much better than this. Got up this morning, going about my business getting the house ready for our holiday guests. Called my Dad and was telling him how my Georgia Tech son wasn't able to make it home. As those words were leaving my lips, down the stairs my son comes to my utter surprise. His brother picked him up at the airport last night and snuck him into the house while I slept. Yes, a real life Folgers coffee commercial in my very own house. After a delightful meal with the extended family I am now eating pie of all flavors and watching UConn women's basketball. I am very thankful this Thanksgiving. Hope you have all had a great day as well.
