I think the ACC can present a strong case. Top quality at Virginia, Duke and UNC. Compared to top quality at Michigan. Am I wrong?

GTech is good, as well. Northwestern also pretty up there in the Big 10/

Heck yeah, GTech is a very strong academic school. I am proud to say I will soon have a GTech grad come May, August at the latest.

Congrats. Two of mine are UMich and Northwestern grads, mid 1990s. Of course, the top 2 academics schools in what was actually still the Big 10 when they were there.
