5. Right down my alley. A Sommelier is a wine steward, found in nicer restaurants. They traditionally wear a shallow "tasting medallion", but that's not often the case anymore. If you go to a restaurant with a sommelier, take advantage of it. While you may be fairly knowledgable in wine, he/she will know best what wines are tasting best in their collection.
