2. Historic
3. 1910's. Built at the same time and designed by the same architect as the post office across the street. Its demolition led to the creation of the Landmarks Preservation ???(can't look it up. Help!)
5. The Christy Minstrels?
7. Centerville(I actually want to say the population center of the country, but it was probably much farther east in 1929. Plus, you are looking for a one word answer)
8. Causation
10. He's a musician, probably a guitarist, probably distantly related to Stephen Van Zandt(I am angling for partial credit:)).

Most useless poster in season - Wire Chief every other day
UConner - Wirechief is a long time and respected member of the Boneyard community. I don't understand why you have a problem with him. If the quiz posts annoy you why not just ignore them?

1..Good, VAUC, St. Andrews up in Scotland.

2..VTC & NCor with PreCambrian. The 2 of them are a lot older than I thought.

3..VAUC gives us a little story about Penn Station in 1910.

4..Ed4 makes a good guess--Key Largo

5..Who's got more i's, t's, & y's than the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band? SoCal says, "No one".

6..Crownfox was once romanticly paired with Ms. Medici, but the Pope intervened.

7..The study was called simply MIDDLETOWN, in which ed4 & Ncor were interviewees 19 & 44.

8..Four of you, including Meyers & Tidepool with "causation".

9..VTC & NCor have a fling with Ling-Ling.

10..Dead Lynyrd Skynyrd guy, like pap49 & 3 others attest.

11..Dish & crownfox score with Ken Russell.

12..Yes to Ken Jennings for VAUC & Dish.

13..Don't fret, UPink, I was not confused. The Jackson B. song starts, "Oh-oh yes, I'm the Great Pretender."
And does it take one Ruffian to know another?
Meyers plagued by the song running all through his brain. Let him replace it with
"Gus on a bus got a seat without fuss".

And so ends part A.
