Pitt and SU have both beaten Clemson in the last two years. Not that there are that many recruits in New England, but SU should start to get the first choice of the few D1 players they want.

Sure they will. Right after Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, and any major football power not listed previously have gone. Then Cuse can choose away. Good win, but they are light years away from recruiting at the highest level in The Northeast.

Have you been to Central New York?

Impressive victory for Cuse. I don't think CFB has been this relevant in the Northeast in a while. Congrats to them.
One when does not make CFB in the Northeast relevant. It will never be that relevant in the Northeast outside of Penn state.
Which is why it is stupid that the big east broke up in the first place. We are all basketball schools first and foremost.

Besides I don't consider Syracuse a northeast team. They are a Canadian team that plays in a dome like cowards. Play outside in the elements like a real man.

If Paul Pasq. and Bob Diaco never came to Storrs, UConn could be beating Clemson instead of barely beating Holy Cross.
