ESPN parts ways with Joe Schad, Robert Smith

"ESPN and a pair of longtime college football staffers have parted ways.

SI has learned that national college football reporter Joe Schad will not be part of the network’s coverage this fall. Schad joined ESPN in 2005 and worked on a number of ESPN platforms including College GameDay, College Football Live,SportsCenter and ESPN.com. He also did sideline reporting for ESPN, ABC and ESPN Radio, including national championship games."

Sad. I like Schad a lot. Smith I'm indifferent on but its interesting to see the turnover happening at the WWL

I never liked Smith due to his blatant anti-UConn bias, but I swore Schad was already gone. Honestly, I remember a couple weeks ago looking up to see if he even worked at ESPN anymore. I haven't seen him on TV in ages.

Robert Smith is one of those guys you look in the eye and just see the hamster running in the wheel. Just like danny kanell. No brain in there. They are like lenny from mice and men. Can I tend the tv show bawse? Can I?
