LOL...not sure I need to know what else I can make with single malt scotch and ice...

Single malt Scotch neat. Keep the ice in the fridge.

I always hear that, and I abide by it for cognac. But I'm a rebel.

I'm usually a one cuber, w/a preference for the islay malts

Laphroiag 10 year, Lagavulin 16 year, Ardbeg...now I'm starting to hyperventilate.

That combo before chopping some firewood is actually how I lost the cube.

Clearly we need to coordinate our tailgates. I broke out a bottle of cask strength Laphroaig on Saturday as good luck. Didn't work but still...

#islay

I find that a splash (like an eyedropper full) of water or soda can release some flavors and enhance the complexity of the whiskey.

We are UConn! Eyedroppers? Don't remember those at the Upper Deck.

(jk...but still)

Greatly prefer Speysides and the ice is a mistake.

Forget the scotch. Fine Irish sippin' whiskey. Midleton's Very Rare. Neat. Smoother than an baby's arse.
