"With a lack of green space and a road slicing the campus in half, the brick and concrete environs of the University of Tennessee could double as a skateboard park." Now that's chuckle worthy...

The only one of these I've driven by is UMinn, and I would agree on that one. Based on some f those photos, though, I can think of worse. Drexel struck me as horrible. I was not blown away by Canisius, either, no name just two.

There was a bakery fire in Brooklyn and now it's nearly impossible to find Canisius.

I've visited dozens and found U of Ark the most pedestrian. Razorbacks could trample it without consequence.

The Jesuits, who sponsor Canisius, believe in putting their colleges in the middle of the city. They succeeded with Canisius and Marquette, the two campuses I'm acquainted with.

Well, in the case of Canisius, they succeeded in putting it in the middle of the city, but not with any degree of attractiveness. I know a bit about Jesuits, having graduated from Holy Cross, located in the middle of a city and a really pretty (if hilly) campus. From my freshman dorm room to my first period biology class was something like 30 flights of stairs, up and down.
